About the Author

Brian McMahon is creator and curator of the award winning website He has been creating fanzines, DJing and performing with bands since 1978. He is a former member of The Scheme, who supported U2 at the Dandelion Market in 1979 and was a DJ with Dublin’s Jazz FM  in the 1990s. 

Joe Collins collaborated with Brian on the book. He is a graphic designer, and currently holds the role of Senior  Designer in CawleyNea TBWA Advertising. Joe has created award-winning projects, recognised by IDI, ICAD and Epica.
