Irish Book Day IN WASHINGTON DC

Liberties Press are very proud to have collaborated with Solas Nua to present Here's the Story: New Irish Writing from Solas Nua, a book bursting with fresh writing from some of Ireland's most talented writers  - some emerging, some established.

The book will contain extracts from eight published novels, one soon-to-be-published novel, two short stories and a selection of poetry, all from Liberties Press.

Here's the Story is free and thousands of copies will be distributed to the public from all major Metro stops in Washington D.C. on March 17th - St. Patrick's Day and Solas Nua's annual Irish Book Day.

Solas Nua, meaning 'new light' in Irish, is a non-profit organization based in Washington D.C., who work towards promoting Irish Arts in America.

There'll be an e-book available of Here's the Story after March 17th - more on this soon.
